Item 3: Public Hearings:

• To consider a limited setback reduction for construction of a new dwelling. Nord E. & Margaret H. Samuelson, 21 Cove Road, Tax Map 6, Lot 26, Book 34245, Page 276, located in the Rural Residential-1 (RR-1) Zoning District. RR-1 Zoning District requires a fifty (50) foot Front & Side, and a seventy-five (75) foot rear setback. The Shoreland Area (SA) requires a seventy-five (75) foot Shore Setback.


• To consider a limited setback reduction for construction of a new dwelling, Amy B. Joseph, off Guptil Ave, Tax Map 12, Lot 17, Deed Book, 20784 Page 323, located in the Village-1 (V-1) Zoning District. V-1 Zoning District requires a twenty-five (25) foot Front & Rear, and Fifteen (15) foot side setbacks. The Freeport Village Overlay District reduces the rear lot line setback to fifteen (15) feet and ten (10) feet for side lot lines.
