9 Mechanic Street LLC – Landscaping
The applicant is seeking approval of a Site Plan Amendment for a landscaping plan in front of the existing building at 9 Mechanic Street. This was a condition of the Site Plan Approval granted by the Project Review Board on 09/13/16. No other changes are proposed. Zoning District: Village Commercial I. Design Review District I – Class C. Tax Assessor Map 11, Lot 95. 9 Mechanic Street, LLC., applicant and owner; Hugh Wade, representative.

Wilbur’s of Maine – Site and Building Changes
The applicant is seeking approval of a Design Review Certificate and Site Plan Amendment for exterior building alterations, lighting changes, and new hardscaping. Zoning District: Commercial III. Varney Road LLC – Change of Use

Maine Coast Waldorf School – Filling for Playing Fields
The applicant is seeking approval of a Site Plan Amendment to bring in approximately 650 cubic yards of fill to level off the existing fields at the Middle School.
