Property reports;

Florida Lake – The Maine Conservation Corps(MCC) will work from May 29 through June 8 to install new bog bridges, repair existing bog bridges, cut new trail on Brook Loop, install posts for future trail signs, and various other tasks. Guy will clarify funding with Town. Mike to meet MCC project leader on May 10 at Florida Lake for initial site walk. Guy will meet team on May 29 to show them campsite at Winslow Park and get work started at Florida Lake. Mike will work with them from May 30 to June 8. Try to find day to host MCC team for an appreciation dinner. Mike still trying to get more cedar bog bridge planks. Permission to borrow Hidden Pond planks if not able to get more in time. Timber Tree Services is supposed to clear trees from October storm before MCC team arrives.

Need to get Paul Seemore (sp?) to mow in June or early July.

Quarry Woods – Need to mark short and long loop trails. Explore future link with Historical Society.

Hidden Pond – Need to plan mowing for June or early July. Beaver has blocked outlet and raised pond level improving habitat.

Hedgehog Mountain – Recent site walk with Conservation Trust to consider adding Drew property to Hedgehog. Need to find out how the property owner wants structure the transaction if decision is made to acquire or conserve.

Panorama with distant mountains labeled installed at peak. Looks great.

Other:

Questions about funding dog waste stations and mowing because of spending at Florida Lake. Guy will clarify with Town.
