• To consider a limited setback reduction for an addition to an existing dwelling. The Marilyn J. Welch Living Trust, 330 Lower Flying Point Road, Tax Map 5A, Lot 45-ETC, Book 34513, Page 175, located in the Medium Density Residential -1 (MDR-1) Zoning District. MDR-1 Zoning District requires a Thirty (30) foot Front & Rear and a twenty (20) foot Side lot line setback. The Shoreland Area (SA) requires a seventy-five (75) foot Shore Setback.

• To consider a limited setback reduction for construction of an in ground pool, Black Willow, LLC, 11 Black Willow Drive, Tax Map 25, Lot 70, Deed Book, 33823Page 155, located in the Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) Zoning District. RR-2 Zoning District requires a fifty (50) foot Front & Side, and a seventy-five (75) foot Rear setback. The Shoreland Area (SA) requires a seventy-five (75) foot Shore Setback.

• To consider a limited setback reduction for construction of an in ground pool, Roland E. Curit, 71 Bragdon Road, Tax Map 17, Lot 13-A, Deed Book, 14625 Page 179, located in the Rural Residential-1 (RR-1) Zoning District. RR-1 Zoning District requires a fifty (50) foot Front & Side, and a seventy-five (75) foot Rear setback.
