100 Main Street – Patagonia – ADA accessible entrance
The applicant is seeking Design Review approval to reconfigure a plate glass window on Main Street to an ADA accessible door with transom and side window. The current entrance on the corner of Main and Bow St will be reconfigured to add a granite step and brick landing. . Zoning District: Village Commercial I. CCS Subdivision – Wardtown Road – PUBLIC HEARING
The applicant seeking preliminary approval for a 14 lot residential open space subdivision on Wardtown Road. A private road and approximately 19 acres of open space are proposed. The applicant is presenting final plans for a new 9 lot commercial subdivision on US Route One. The parcel is currently vacant and 37.8 acres in size. A private road is proposed. Town of Freeport – Leon Gorman Park
The applicant is seeking an extension of the 2016 approval for a Fill Permit at Leon Gorman Park on Bow Street. The area of the existing skating pond will be filled in and graded.
